The property features an expansive layout of over 4,400 sq ft, consisting of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms situated on the ground floor, complemented by a secluded 6th bedroom suite upstairs. The main living areas are seamlessly connected, enhancing the communal atmosphere where friends and family can gather at their leisure. For added privacy, two of the ground-floor bedrooms come with separate entrances.

Imagine waking up to stunning ocean views and gathering in the gourmet kitchen, which underwent a complete remodel in 2023. Here you’ll find high-end appliances including dual built-in refrigerators, a spacious island, and granite countertops, making it an ideal place for meal preparation and entertainment.

The dining area can host up to 18 guests, setting the stage for unforgettable feasts. Step outside to enjoy 75 feet of direct ocean frontage, complete with a seawall, steps leading down to the water, and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces with multiple lanais and seating areas.

Your peaceful retreat combines modern amenities with natural Hawaiian charm. Each bedroom is equipped with split air conditioning and independent TV access, providing personal comfort for everyone. Skylights throughout ensure that your home is always filled with natural light, enhancing the inviting ambiance.

This luxurious residence is not only a private haven but also a legal vacation rental, requiring a minimum lease of 30 days. Be aware that for stays between 30 and 180 days, there is a combined tax of 17.96%, whereas longer leases benefit from a reduced tax rate of 4.712%.

Additionally, please note that a cleaning fee of $900 + tax will apply each month, which includes mid-stay and exit cleaning services. A fully refundable damage deposit of $5,000 is also required upon booking.
